Logitech Harmony Elite remote Not totally working with AppleTV 4k

I have an AppleTV 4K and a Logitech Harmony Elite

remote. I am able to do almost everything with the Harmony remote, except that

the Apple TV 4K remote has a “Touch Surface Tracking” That the Harmony remote does

not have as part of its available commands to use, it should be able to work as

the logitech remote has a touch pad

Apple TV 4K remote is used to control some functions on apps like the ability

to select menus, search/forward/rewind a video etc.

 I have tried to use the Learn Remote

feature in the AppleTV settings, but while the Up button learns just fine, the down

button says the button is already in use. I have also tried to use the AppleTV 4K

remote to teach the Harmony remote the IR command, but remote command is sent

via Bluetooth, the Harmony remote never receives an IR command.

Has anyone been able to get the Touch Surface

Tracking working with the Logitech Harmony remote?
