Hello from yesterday voice isolation mode does not work on my iPhone 11 Pro Max. However I see the options I cannot activate does not matter how many times I touch the screen. Restarts has been done several times

Did you enable any restrictions in ScreenTime? Should be this case, try to disable all restrictions.
Shouldn't be this case, as already suggested, contact Apple Support.

Only for my kids not for myself. The only thing I see that I have installed an app decibel x recently after removing still does not work I saw some advices to reinstall completely the phone but it did not help either for that specific user
