Hi all, I have been seeing this “error” pops up on my iPhone 11 pro screen for like 1-2 weeks now. It happens on web browsing, using applications but when I click on Accept or Cancel, nothing happens.
I cannot find anything wrong or how this “Error” come up. Any suggestions?

Two Things...

As a Last Restort...
B. Reinstall Anew: If you cannot uninstall the app, or if it just keeps getting in the way, backup what you can, and reset your iPhone to Factory Settings. Then, reinstall everything manually.
