Already canceled my iCloud subscription.. why are charging in my account?

I already canceled my iCloud subscription in last December due some problem; but why you’re charging money in my account.. ?

We are all Apple users, like yourself, in this community ...

only Apple would be able to check your records, and tell why you are still being charged.

(You may be able to request a refund ?)
