Apple Music download error 7507

Apple Music is returning error 7507 on a song that I am trying to download from my cloud library. Does any one know what the error code means?

This does not solve the problem. This issue occurs in Apple Music when you try to download matched tracks from your own library. Get info details indicates the track is lossless and is available to stream. The track stops after 14 seconds and error 7507 occurs when trying to download.
What is the solution?

I'm getting this error too. I'm trying to redownload some music I have stored in my personal iCloud Music library, so its not a "region" problem. And I can download these songs just fine on my iPhone.
