It is more than a month that I am trying to purchase a Hermes Space Black Stainless Steel Case with Single Tour (orange band), but it is neither available online nor in any store in Southern California. Does anybody know what the problem is? Thank you.
This is a user to user only forum. Since none of us are in any way tied to Apple, we couldn't possibly know anything about Apple inventory. One can well imagine with supply chain issues around the world and a shortage of chips worldwide, that must have something to do with the supply of the model you are interested in.
Otherwise, feel free to use the Get Support button at the top of this page to ask Apple if they have sense of when the model you want may be available to be purchased.

I hope you find the model you want. But I just went out to www.apple.com and I don't see any option for a black stainless steel Hermes watch. The Hermes watch it seems is only available in Silver Stainless Steel. It would seem for Apple Watch Series 7, black stainless is not an option for a Hermes Watch.
They took it out. Regular stainless steel is not available either:

Thank you for your response to my question. I will try your recommendation shortly. In response to your question, this item is not available for delivery. So, ordering it online is not an option. Also, Apple stores do not have Hermes watches in stock. Thank you again.

That part I can't help with. Just wanted to let you know black stainless isn't an option at all.
