iPad pro
Is there a 5th generation of the iPad Pro 11”? I only see a 3rd generation I. The 11” but a 5th generation in the 12.9”. Does this mean Apple will be phasing out the 11” iPad pros?

No. The most recent iPad Pro 11” is in its third generation - all with FaceID - whereas the 12.9” has had five different versions (the first two with large bezels and physical Home/TouchID button - and then three further generations using the same form factor as the 11” iPad Pros, all the FaceID).
