Upgrading my iPhone 6 to IOS 13 or above

Is it possible to upgrade a iPhone 6 to and beyond IOS 13. The phone I have has barely been used and don’t want to be wasteful. Seen various apps but wanted to put it to the experts. ???

This cannot be done. The hardware in the iPhone 6 is not capable of running iOS versions greater than iOS 12. It does not have enough RAM or the processing power to run higher versions efficiently.

No. There might be additional incremental updates of iOS 12 - usually security updates. Other than that, nothing for iOS 13/14/15. That ship has sailed.
