You cannot transfer data from two different devices to a single device. When you transfer from the first device you are okay, but they transferring from the second device will wipe the data from the first one. While you can create a backup of the old iPad to restore to the new one, you will need to find some other method to move certain data from the Android device. What exactly are you attempting to move from the Android device? Most of that can be moved to a computer, then synced to the iPad, like photos and certain files. The apps will not be usable.
