I have esim from local service provider in Pakistan. Will it work on iwatch 4 cellular?

Since you say it is a Series 4, chances are it is a used Apple Watch. Be aware there are 2 cellular radios.

One for Canada, U.S., Mexico, and Puerto Rico.

The other for the rest of the world.

You have to have the model with the correct radio for your region of the world.
