V02 Max only recording hikes

Some time last year, my health app stopped detecting and/or recording data for my walks and runs. My hikes, however are getting recorded. Any thoughts for why this happens? I have an Apple Watch. Thank you!

Walking Asymmetry data suddenly not being picked up by Health App on iPhone 12 I use the Workout App on my Apple Watch 6 (updated) and most of the data gets picked up by the Health App on my iPhone 12 (also updated) with the exception of Walking Asymmetry. This only started a few days ago. Before that all Workout data was showing up correctly. Why has this happened now?
