My picture is showing up just on one person’s iPhone when I call him and for all others it just says my cell phone number and underneath Lake Forest? It used to say my name?

Open Settings ➡️ Messages ➡️ Show Name & Photo ➡️ Name & Photo Sharing: Set this to ON and you can place a check mark if you want to share your name and photo with those in your contacts only or have the iPhone always ask you.

Regardless of photo sharing, if I had you set up as a contact in my Contacts app, and I had your photo associated with your name and telephone number there, when you phone me, I would see that photo.
