iPad will not update software 15.3

Question

All of my devices are update to software 15.3 except my iPad.

iPad Air, iOS 12

The original iPad Air, released by Apple in 2013, cannot be updated beyond iOS 12.X.

iPadOS 15.5 has not been released. The current iPadOS version is 15.3.

It’s time to purchase a newer iPad.

And by the way, it’s best to avoid using Norton products on Apple gear.
