Is it disabled because someone typed the wrong Lock Screen passcode, or is it iCloud/activation locked?
in 2017 I bought 2 iPhone SE , 128 gb , one for me and one for wife , in 2019 I bought an XR for me , in 2020 I bought a SE 2 G for wife , and this SE 1 G I gave to the daughter , until the grandchildren lock iPhone recently…

Icloud bloked also iCloud email password is wrong ,
and the daughter is using the sim card in another device that is not Apple. I asked her to bring me the sim card.
