How is it not working? Is it simply not playing? If so, request another purchase. I lost power during a snowstorm, and I lost the connection to the Internet. As a result, the download was corrupt, and Apple granted me a new purchase. So, if you want to, just ask Apple for a new purchase.

Why the Wait:
