my iphone 13 pro max came in broke im mad if i dont get a free iphone 13 pro max im never shoping at apple never again i cant tell you my adrees if you reply ill tell you my adress

This is a user community, not an Apple service centre. Get some assistance from an Apple store or an authorised service centre.


Usually for a damaged product the average consumer might think to take it to a store, with a receipt, and get a refund or replacement, rather than race to a website to lodge a complaint.


I have asked the moderators to remove your private address which you included in your post. You must be aware there is an Apple store fairly close to you. It might be useful to drop in. It's bus number 8 if you don't have a car.
