My brother tried to share family sharing plan with me and I have received an email showing ‘get started’ as well. However, when i pressed ‘get started’, it bumped into another website and asked me to ‘press started’ on the mail.
May i know how to get started for the family sharing plan on icloud? Thanks!

From your post is appears you are having a problem joining a Family Share group.
We notice that Low Power Mode is turned on. Please tap on Settings > Battery and toggle Low Power Mode off. LPM prevents some functions from operating: Use Low Power Mode to save battery life on your iPhone - Apple Support
We would recommend trying to accept the invitation from the device itself. Tap on Settings > [your name] and look for "Invitations". Tap on it and follow the instructions provided. More information is available here: Set up Family Sharing - Apple Support
Look for the section titled, "Join a family group".
