I have macOS High Sierra 10.3.6
I would like to buy Logic Pro
Available Logic Pro from Apple store is 10.7.2 and it says it is compatible with OS 11.0 or higher
My question is: once I start making a purchase will I be able to choose compatible with my OS version of Logic Pro?

Keep in mind, if you have a machine that meets 11.0 requirements, but you need to keep 10.13.6 for other software, you can keep a separate partition for that software, and have the best of both worlds.
No. You need the minimum operating system, and meet those implicit hardware requirements before you can purchase Logic Pro from the Mac App Store.
