Hello, Apple

I have an individual plan for Apple Music that is 999.00 tenge for a month. However the amount was deducted twice in a month(15th of December, 20222 and 22 of December 2022) and I can’t understand why. You have to send my money back.

Also, today (6th of February, 2022) I got a notification that 3,390 tenge was deducted from my bank account . And I don’t know what for, could you explain the reason please and send my money back if it was a mistake
