Eharmony subscription

I am trying to figure out how to get reimbursed for the Eharmony subscription I purchased on 2/5. I was unaware the entire amount would be charged and cannot pay this. I have cancelled the subscription in my settings.

eharmony subscription Hi, I recently realised that my card has been charged for about $219 for eharmony app. It was mentioned that subscription is monthly and can be cancelled anytime. Instead of a month of subscription it charged me for a year, which is not my preference. I contacted eharmony and they referred me to you. Would please let me know how can I get refunded? Accidental purchase I accidentally purchased a 6 month subscription to eharmony. I was looking for a cheaper alternative or a 3 month subscription but didn’t realize by clicking on the apple I was automatically charged. Please let me know if I can get reduced to a 3 month subscription and get refunded the difference Or if I can cancel and get a full refund altogether.

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. Otherwise, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
