What can I do? Apple confirmed my device has an issue but won't solve it

Hello everyone,

This is my first iPhone and Apple product ever. Got it back in August and was kind excitied. Until I noticed this issue:

Edit: The issue is the borders, color is ligher than in the center, sometimes seems to be a greenish color. Apple confirmed to me that's an issue in calibration where the pixels are brighter in the borders.

Got it to Apple's authorized repair center. They keept the phone there for a week (this after a week of me purchasing it...), and when they returned it to me said phone had no issues. So I thought, ok let's see how it behaves if will get worse or not. Last week, during the night opened Speedtest to test some improvements I made in my local network. Guess what, issue seemed worse and it's impossible to me to keep ignoring it. Made a complain to Apple Support, got into a call with them and they told me the issue would be taken to engineers in USA. Got their reply today.

Guess what, phone actually has an issue. BUT, according to them isn't a hardware issue but a software one and they will update it in the future. No ETAs, anything, they pretty much even told me that the quickness of the update will be based on how many users got the issue. Apparently is due to bad calibration from their part (on a year old model...) and they would fix these devices calibration in a future update.

So, I'm in Europe, Apple needs to give two years of warranty, but apparently Apple thinks they're big boys now and will give warranty to their users whenever they like it?

What can I do my fellow Apple users? If Apple doesn't fix this soon I'll switch away from Apple completely and stop advising Apple to people who come to me for advices. If they don't fix this quick, never getting another Apple product again, I feel like I got scammed.
