Are new emojis for iOS 15.3 available?

My iphone is updated to ios 15.3 and it doesn’t have the new emojis , what could i do to solve the problem? I don’t see the hand that makes heart , or a melting emoji etc.

new emojis? i was looking forward to the white heart emoji specifically, but when i scrolled through my emojis, i realized it isn’t there. i just got my iphone 11 yesterday, and it’s running on ios 13.1 at the moment. i’m not sure what the problem is??

The hands-making-a-heart emoji and the melting face emoji are in the upcoming 15.4, not 15.3.
