(You should be able to go to the Report a Problem website to sign in and send in the request.)
To make sure we're on the same page, you do not have the original receipt for this purchase in your email? We ask because the steps for a refund request can be done through the 'Report a Problem' link at the bottom of that email. If you can locate the email receipt, try selecting on 'Report a Problem' there and follow the steps to complete the refund request process.
