My Mac can’t sign in or connect to Wi-Fi

I’m having a hard time with my Mac can’t sign in or get my Wi-Fi to connect Don’t even get options to reset my password Nothing really happening with the Mac not sure what to do I’ve been trying for a couple of weeks now
