i forgot my passcode and got my iphone disabled ... but now i remember it and wanted to open using passcode since i havent backed up my phone is it possible?

No you cannot undo the damage, your data is already scrambled.

You can sometimes remedy this without a computer if on iOS 15.2 or later, but you will still need the Apple ID password. It will WIPE the phone.
