Notes app keeps crashing on my iPad
My notes app keeps crashing when I try to access and take notes. What should I do about this?

Try the following:
1) Power down and restart your iPad
2) Make sure your iPad is running iPadOS 15.2
3) Disable and then re enable iCloud sync for Notes.
