The warranty does not cover lost or stolen phones. If you purchased AppleCare+ with Theft & Loss protection that will cover it, but read the terms carefully; you must have enabled Find My on the phone before it was lost, for example. The instructions for filing a claim are in the above link.

What to Do...

A. Verify this Device:

Verify that you the device is logged in to your account, by using this link: Check your Apple ID Device List to See where you're Signed in - Apple Support

B. Being Stollen, Modify your Credentials:

Perform the following...

• Modify: your login credentials (Using Both a New eMail and a New Password for each and all sites)
• Associate: a different method of payment to your account
• Enable: Two-Factor Authentication for Apple ID and for all other accounts that have such an applicable option
