iPhone 13 is not delivered but UPS signed it as delivered

Hi. I have the next problem. 27th January I've ordered iPhone 13 Pro Max. UPS (shipment company) is signed the order as a delivered but it's not. Maybe UPS delivered it to someone else? What can I do? How can I get my iPhone or return the money?
