Apple Watch 6

Sometimes when I'm working out, my device will just "pause." I'm obviously unaware, so when I get done I don't see my minutes being tracked (i.e., 6 minutes out of a 40-minute workout). It's beyond frustrating especially bc you cannot manually add your workout minutes. I use this device for a reason. Is anyone else having this issue - do any Apple Watch 7 users have the same issue?

You can manually add workout minutes in the health app;

Go to the watch app on the phone and tap on workout,turn off autopause and end workout reminder.

Or on the watch in settings/workout and turn them off there.

Or;

When you start your workout slide right on the screen and tap on lock,then when you finish the workout turn the digital crown in one continuous movement to turn the lock off then slide right again and tap on end.

Tighten the watch band a touch.

Don't wear the watch on top of any tattoos.

Is your sleeve catching on the side buttons or on the screen itself?
