I downloaded my proof of vaccination on my laptop and scanned with my phone camera to add it to my Apple Health, but it doesn't show my first dose of the vaccine. On the certificate it shows all 3 doses, but once I scan with my phone camera, it only shows the last two doses. How do I get all 3 doses to show in Apple health and My wallet?

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. From your post, certain information from your vaccination record isn't appearing in the Health app. We'll do what we can to help or point you to the right place.
You would need a QR code or downloaded file in order to add it to the Health app. You can find the steps to add it here: Add verifiable COVID-19 vaccination information to Apple Wallet and Health
If your provider is only providing the last doses, you would want to reach out to them in order to either resubmit or get a new Q code/file to upload to the Health app.
