Installation issues

The iPad won't install any applications because his version is ios 9.35 and all apps to install need ios 10 so how can I use my iPad I just use chrome and safari apps and old version of YouTube that's it I need solution to install any app that I want and to update my apps

Hi I bought my iPad 4th gen at Christmas but I've never been able to download any apps like FB! Instagram etc because the software s only updated to 10.4 and it says it needs uploaded to iOS 11. apple support says I should be able to download apps and work normally but I can't all I can do is watch YouTube via Safari but I can do ythat via my tv. If I take it to an apple shop will they be able to fix it so I can at the very least download Facebook, insyagram apps etc? I honestly don't know what else to do? Any advice would be appreciated. iPad 6.3.1 will not work with many apps How can I update my iPad6.3.1 to work with Netflix & NYTimes Games, etc. These will not work via their sites, and the apps say they are incompatible with this iPad. I have downloaded the iOS 9.3 update, but it will not install. Thank you!

Updating IOS for IPAD mini or getting an older version of the you tube app Hi, I have an IPAD i purchased in 2013. Apps are stopping to work and when trying to download again. the apps are not compatible anymore. eg. You tube. i started getting messages to update but it would never update. When i deleted the app and tried to download again, it displays cannot download as the app is not compatible with the device. How can I get an older version of Youtube again? Or how can i get IOS10.

Your iPad Mini 1st generation (firstly released 10 years ago) cannot support iOS versions past 9.3.5, because of hardware (CPU/RAM) incompatibility, sorry.
