Icloud backup

my iphone has been disabled in itunes and I have no idea why. I can not backup my iphone because i need to add icloud storage.

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 14

if disabled as in you forgot the passcode, then you need to do this If you forgot your iPhone passcode - Apple Support
