I entered the wrong account number and sent multiple payments totaling in $1900 to someone else account can you please help me retrieve the full account number I entered on my apply pay account so that I can contact my bank again and get this fixed? My bank told me to reach out to apply pay to have the payments stopped as well as retrieve the full account number used when I sent the two payments.

Second, you need to figure this out with your bank and the bank Apple uses for Apple Cash (which appears to be Green Dot Bank and/or Goldmann Sachs).

Third, although I do not work for a bank or Apple, I believe that you cannot stop a payment once it is cleared (as your screenshots indicate). You may need to ask the recipient(s) to return the money. You would need to check with that bank. Although Apple offers the service, it it run by a bank - a different organization.
