How do I get rid of -1008F error?

Hello, every time I start up my 2018 MacBook Air it has me put in a password then I instantly get sent to Internet Recovery mode. I’ve tried using my internet connection and using an ethernet cable but this error keeps appearing. I have also tried using all the commands to try and get into recovery mode and deleting the laptop off of Find My and nothing works. I am a college student so I don’t have a lot of money to spend to take it somewhere so I’m hoping there’s another solution to somehow fix it. Thanks.
