Siri Announce Calls and option to answer

Is anyone familiar with Siri Announcing calls and giving option to answer? I'm trying to set up my Apple Watch and can't get this to work.

Announce calls with Siri on Apple Watch

With Announce Calls, Siri identifies incoming phone calls and FaceTime calls, which you can accept or decline using your voice. Announce Calls also works with supported third-party apps.

  1. Open the Settings app  on your Apple Watch.
  2. Tap Siri, then turn on Announce Calls.
  3. When a call comes in, the caller is identified and you’re asked if you want to answer the call. Say “yes” to accept the call or “no” to decline it.
