Gifs not playing correctly using quick preview in Finder!
So I recently did an erase and install on my iMac, finally upgrading to Catalina and installed all new software across the board and all is wrking great minus Photoshop gifs I create for my client. I've been making these gifs for over 7 years now and I could always preview them and they displayed/animated perfectly. Since I installed Catalina none of them animated properly.
They're all over the place with load times and sequence. Things load out of order randomly and all of this only happens using Finder's Quick Look (spacebar in the finder). In order to preview my Gif's to ensure they play properly, I have to attach them into an E-mail to watch them play and its a huge inconvenience.
Before any Apple "Techs" suggest I restart in Safe Mode and try X, Y, Z… Please note that I've been an Apple tech since 1997 and know this stuff extremely well and have brought many issues to Apple over the years, some of which were never addressed.
I saw this posted by someone else and several people chimed in with nonsense and suggestions based on their lack of understanding the issue, and offered absurd solutions/advice, but it was never resolved.

To clarify, I can set all animations perfectly in Photoshop just as I always have and the GIF exports properly, as confirmed by attaching it to an E-mail or opening it in a browser, but when I try to view them in Quick Look the files don't follow the correct order and you can never see the gif properly.
Thanks in advance for a proper fix Apple!
