Why is the month displayed as MO2 instead of FEB on my Mac Menu Bar?
How do i change it to FEB? Also, why is the time in 24-hr format when 24-hour clock is not checked in the Clock settings under Dock & Menu Bar preferences?

Check under System Preferences -> Language & Region. You'll see Time Format and under the Advanced button and Dates tab there are many formatting options. Also check what language and region is set as that will configure defaults for those languages and regions.
