Is there a way to unlock a MacBook Pro?

My sister has Alzheimer's and has been locked out of her new MacBook Pro because the password she entered wasn't correct. I guess she tried too many times and was locked out. She doesn't have the receipt and doesn't remember where she purchased it. This has also happened to the 3 other computers she has. Please help!

I think you should reinstall the MacOS. by using MacOS Recovery System
