What region is iphone 13 ZA/A ?

Im kinda confused because some say ZA is singapore region while others say its hong kong and vice versa. So if anyone is able to clarify this i would be grateful thank you.

Singapore. One from Hong Kong would be ZP.

iPhones may get resold in a country other than the one they're intended for, and some codes are used by more than one country.
