I am missing notes from my iPhone 13 Pro

I am missing notes from my iPhone 13 Pro. They were created on my previous iPhone and were held in the cloud. In Notes in my phone I don't see any deleted notes. These notes were created on my previous phone, iPhone 8. Less than 2 weeks ago my iPhone 8 was reset and sent to Apple to trade in. How do I get them back?
