Line below control centre not showing in the lock screen

My question is that the line below which comes below control centre in iphones above iphone x is not showing on my iphone xr pls help

It won't display the line unless you have allowed access to Control Center while the phone is locked.

If you want to do that: Settings > Face ID & Passcode > [enter passcode] > Control Center - on (in the Allow Access When Locked section of that screen.
