Have you tried re-downloading it from the Apple App Store yet?
Go to the last screen which is the App Library add it back to your home screen.
OHHHH, didn’t realize Apple had their own store. Let me see if I can find it….
The Apple App Store app should be on the "main" screen on your iPhone.
