Disabled iPhone

My iPhone is disabled and is prompting to connect to iTunes.

Upon connecting to iTunes it says to respond on iPhone to allow access, nothing is showing up on the iPhone, still the disabled screen.


How can I allow access to enable?

iPhone XR, iOS 14
