Setting up new Apple ID for an ipod
I trying to set up a new apple ID for my daughter. She does not have one yet. I keep getting a message that says "can't verify payment information". It is a current and valid card so I stuck.

There have been multiple posts with the same problem. Someone posted that when they set up the ID using a computer, they were successful. There was another post by someone who had contacted Apple Support and were told it is an IOS software bug. You can try contacting Apple ID Support.
