Do you use a Windows computer with either iCloud installed on it and/or use the outlook app or MS Office products on your iPhone and your Windows PC? If YES, then that is the reason your Windows PC is shown in the device list. Click on it and see the details about that device.

The device name is what you have set on your Windows PC.
