How to buy iPhone directly from Apple in Maldives?

I'm not trying to buy an iPhone right now but in case if I want to in the future, is there any way that I can buy an iPhone or any Apple product from Apple directly? Because here in Maldives, local stores charges more for any product that the original price. For scale, the price of an iPhone 13 is estimate equivalent to or above the price of an iPhone 13 Pro and they don't even sell the low spec version. There are Apple authorized reseller here but I want to avoid them as possible due to reasons mentioned above.
