Changing a region/country failure

I just moved to another country recently.

And I tried to change the country from settings > account > media > region

But I'm getting the error(your account is not valid for this store) on app store whenever i try to download any app.

Is this because i didnt put credit card information when I change the country?

As I dont have a credit card yet here in new country

So i wanna download Vinted, which is only available on the UK app store so I switched my country, added in my payment details and tried downloading the app only to get an error message saying "Account Not In This Store" in bold, with "Your account is not valid for use in the UK store. You must switch to the Malaysian store before purchasing" right below it. It then gives me the option to to either cancel or change store, but changing store brings me back to the Malaysian store which doesn't even have Vinted. How can I remedy this without creating a whole new apple ID?

"your account is not valid for use in" even after I changed the app store country I changed the iTunes/Appstore country from U.S. to China. But I still can't download apps in the store I changed to. It says "your account is not valid for use in the Chinese store. you must switch to the U.S store before purchasing". Then I changed the region in Setting - General to China as well. But I still can't download. Then in Appstore I signed out and signed in my apple ID. Then the store changed back to U.S.

Couldn’t change my country in my Apple ID I have changed my country and I couldn’t change my country even through my Apple ID. As I’ve already removed my payment method now I can’t even download apps from the App Store. How do I fix this? Thank you

You'll need to have a payment method(other than gift cards) for the new country to be able to change the region.
