1st my problem is my macbook cannot turn on but if i connect to charger it will turn on. 2nd my macbook not charging, now only 1% but it didnt off i also dont know what the problem.

this is my problem now it say battery is not charging but i can turn on my macbook as always if only my charger is connected.
macbook wont turn on if not connect to charger and also not charging.
