Commiserations ... sounds extremely difficult for you

Wondering if you backed up everything of value. (iCloud seems to be mainly for syncing)..


As we are all Apple users, like yourself, in this community, we have no access to your details or accounts.


So, if you don't have an accessible back up:

it seems the best thing would be to discuss the issue with the support Staff at iCloud.

They may have access to your details, and be in a better position to help you.


If you want, you can visit their webpage,

scroll right down, and click the "Get support" link at bottom right.

You may be able to talk with a staff member, and at least get their advice.

icloud storage is full, i have been paying for a year $.99 a month but always icloud is full. now that its time to renew, icloud has hijacked documents on my imac desktop and is holding them ransom. the really big problem with that is, its my life, i am trying to find work and cannot when you are holding my resumes hostage and cannot apply for a job, i want my life back.
