Dont have the apple id

If you are referring to an Apple Watch that you purchased second hand from someone and it is locked with the Apple ID, Activation Lock, and you do not have that ID? If that is the case, then you need to contact the person you purchased the Watch from and have them remove it. If you cannot contact them, or they cannot or will not remove it, then the Watch is useless to you. Ask for a refund if you can, or recycle the device responsibly. You will not be able to use it.
